I started this site in an effort to significantly help others deal with high stress, burnout and nervous breakdowns. This is a major problem in the world that is poorly addressed by the medical community and by lifestyle and dietary habits that are promoted the world over.
While most products aim to address temporary relief, few to none provide any long term solutions to dealing with stress.
There are two general ways to approach stress, one is to address the cause of stress, the other is to address the stress reaction or symptoms of stress. The latter is where most short-term stress relief products come in such as anti-anxiety medications, biofeedback devices and numerous relaxation therapies.
While these can be helpful they are mostly short term approaches that do little to enhance the body’s natural stress fighting ability. The better approach is a long term and natural one of learning how to take care of yourself to boost energy and empower your natural stress defenses by way of the adrenal glands.
This long term approach requires dietary and lifestyle changes anyone can make as well as supplementing extra essential vitamins and minerals the body needs.
I personally had a lot of difficulty dealing with stress when I worked in New York City at various investment banks. Couple this with some unusual personal issues and I ultimately had a series of nervous breakdowns which nearly ruined me. Conventional doctors, unfortunately, were not able to help. It took a lot of effort for me to find how I could naturally recover from this nightmare, and a couple of years to refine the information and complete my recovery.
As I began to improve I shared the things that helped me with colleagues and family members and received wonderful feedback. I decided to make this information available in an “eBook” to help anyone having difficulty with stress and looking for a long-term solution.
